SP CORECELL M80 PERFORATED CORE – Corecell™ M-Foam has been developed to deliver one product for all m arine applications. It provides a combination of high shear strength with low density, high elongation, high temperature resistance and low resin uptake.  Corecell™  M-Foam is the perfect choice whether your application is slamming area or superstructure,  hull  or deck, using hand lamination, infusion or prepreg.

I f looking for reliable processing, M-Foam delivers through the benefits recognized in all Corecell products of fine cell size and unique knife-cuts giving low resin uptake in infusion processes.  For prepreg, M-Foam offers high temperature resistance to allow shorter cure cycles and the confidence to process without fear of inhibition of prepreg catalysis.  Where state properties are important, M-Foam delivers high shear strength at a low density.  Where dynamic performance is crucial, the high elongation delivers higher useful properties and the toughness to give impact resistance and superior fatigue performance. Product is sold by the individual 4′ x 8′ sheet.  Bleeder holes are approx. 2-1/8″ on center and hole diameter is approx. 1/16″.  Density: 5.3 lb/cubic foot.
